Sponsorship Cost = $250

The sponsorship is just a $250 donation (key word here folks...this is a tax write off!) to the SMTA/CCA group, which helps to put on the event & raffle during the banquet and also goes towards the Charles Hutchinson SMTA Scholarship & a Scholarship fund for the CCA group.

In return for the $250 donation we provide the following marketing exposure for your company:

1. We have Tee signs made with you company logo/name and your sign will be placed at one tee box on the golf course.

2. We have a very large sign made with all of the sponsors names on it and it is posted at the sign-in/registration booth & in the Banquet hall.

3. We have a power point projector that runs throughout the banquet displaying each sponsors logo/name.

4. We list every sponsor in each newsletter for no less than 6 months.

5. We list every sponsor on our sponsor web page at http://www.laocsmta.org/sponsors/ , and this is posted for no less than one year.
The sponsor list for the year is then posted as a downloadable .pdf file indefinitely.

6. We run a quarter page add (you provide artwork in .jpg format) in any newsletter edition you would like for one month.

7. We run this same add on our Ads web page at http://www.laocsmta.org/ads/ for any one month of your choosing.

So, basically for $250 you get a lot of marketing exposure to a local audience. We can also take sponsor gift donations for the raffle or Tee Gift Bag (for the golfers).
